WWE has released a number of big names over the last few years and Braun Strowman happened to be one name who actually got released twice. The former Universal Champion was originally released from WWE in 2021, but later brought back in 2022. Unfortunately for Strowman he was released once again back in May.
It seems that Braun Strowman is making the most of his time following his WWE departure as he recently took to Instagram to show off his body transformation. The Monster Among Men also noted that his body is enjoying a break from the ring when he posted the following:
“Five weeks in sneak peak!!!!
Body weight is low 340’s fasted in the am’s!!!!!
Feels great to focus on some old nagging injury’s and getting them right. Body has very much enjoyed a break from the ring. 12 years straight was wearing on me. Stay tuned for next update 😉 ”
Following his release it was reported that Braun Strowman was let go due to his high salary, but he could potentially return to WWE for appearances in the future in a part-time capacity. In the months to come Strowman will be hosting his own TV series Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman which is expected to debut on USA Network in the fall.
