Braun Strowman looked to finally be the monster that the WWE Universe needed to take down current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar going forward, but Strowman’s push was halted last week when it was reported that he had suffered an elbow injury.

More tests determined that Strowman could be out of action for up to six months and a new challenger would have to be crowned instead, which is where the fatal five-way at Extreme Rules came to light.
Strowman has never been a man who is shy to share his injuries and he recently shared a picture on Instagram to show some of the bruising around his injured arm.
Roman Reigns attacked Braun with a chair in the UK hours before it was announced that The Monster Among Men would be out of action for half a year. On the post itself, Braun mentioned that #ImNotFinishedWithYou stating that he is still thinking of coming back and getting revenge against Roman after the chair shots that have put him on the shelf.
It will be interesting to see how Braun makes his return if it is to pick up the feud with Roman and if Roman is the one who wins the number one contenders match at Extreme Rules.
