Quite a few names have left Global Force Wrestling this year, and Brandi Rhodes recently parted ways with the company. Brandi is now pursuing other opportunities, and she recently started working with Ring of Honor.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Brandi Rhodes requested to be released from her Global Force Wrestling contract. Brandi has been working on a non wrestling related TV show and GFW reportedly wanted a percentage of her earnings from the show which is why she asked to be released.
Curt Hawkins is a star that most WWE fans know pretty well. He returned to WWE last year, and he recently racked up a very impressive 100 match losing streak.
Prior to his WWE return last year, Curt Hawkins had been working with Global Force Wrestling before the company merged with TNA under his real name Brian Myers. GFW filmed a few episodes of their TV show AMPED before the merger and now that footage is finally seeing the light of day.
The AMPED episodes are set to be released as part of an anthology series on PPV, and GFW recently released a video of Curt Hawkins hyping up GFW which was shot in 2015. You can check it out below.
