This week’s episode of TNA Impact featured a Title vs. Titles match where Bobby Lashley put the TNA World Title and X-Division Title on the line against James Storm who was defending the King of the Mountain Title.
The match was action packed from bell to bell and at one point James Storm went face first into an exposed turnbuckle which gave Lashley the upper hand. Bobby Lashley then followed up with a spear but Storm kicked out.
Lashley picked up Storm then looked him in the face and said, “This is it.” Storm pushed Lashley up against the ropes and then hit him with the Last Call. Lashley fell back into the ropes and Storm hit him with another Last Call and pinned him but Lashley kicked out.
Both men got back to their feet and James Storm hit Bobby Lashley with Closing Time and again Lashley bounced off the ropes. Lashley then hit Storm with a spear to win the King of the Mountain Title, and retain the World Title and X-Division Title.
Lashley posed with the titles to end the show as Aron Rex (Damien Sandow) stood at the entrance ramp and stared him down.
