Big Update On Samoa Joe’s WWE Return

Samoa Joe has been out of action since January due to a foot injury, but fans will be seeing Joe very soon. The former NXT Champion was recently backstage at Raw, and now the official website for the XL Center in Hartford, CT is advertising Joe for the April 16th episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. The official listing for the event reads as follows:

“Monday Night RAW returns to Hartford just 1 week after Wrestlemania! Main Event: Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman & Seth Rollins vs. The Miz, Sheamus & Cesaro

Plus all your favorite raw superstars including: Finn Balor, Matt Hardy, Bray Wyatt, Samoa Joe, Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Asuka, Bayley, Elias, Goldust and many more! Card is subject to change*”

In addition to his upcoming Raw return, Joe is also being advertised for the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia on April 27.

The Intercontinental Championship is set to be defended at the event in a ladder match which will include Samoa Joe, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor and The Miz.

As far as future plans go for Joe, it’s been rumored that he could end up feuding with Roman Reigns after he makes his return to TV.
