This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown took place from Barcelona, Spain and the show featured some interesting moments. DIY defended the WWE Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits, and it was The Street Profits who ended up walking out with the gold.
The end of the match came when Montez Ford hit Johnny Gargano with a Frog Splash then pinned him to win the belts. This is the first in four years that The Street Profits have won championship gold as they last held the SmackDown Tag Team Titles in 2021.

Last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown ended with a big title change as well as LA Knight defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to become the WWE United States Champion for the second time in his career.
One way or another business is picking up for the tag team division on the road to WrestleMania, so it will be interesting to see if the WWE Tag Team Titles are defended at the Show of Shows this year.
