This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured a big title match as The Elite defended the ROH Six Man Tag Team Championship against Brian Cage & Gates of Agony.
At one point Swerve Strickland made his way out into the arena to distract Adam Page, and Page left his teammates behind as he chased Swerve backstage. Unfortunately the numbers game proved to be too much for The Young Bucks. They attempted to fight back, but they were overpowered and Nick Jackson ended up getting pinned as Brian Cage & Gates of Agony captured the ROH Six Man Tag Team Championship.
After the match Matt Jackson argued with the referee while the new champions celebrated with the belts. The cameras then cut backstage to show that Swerve and Adam Page were being pulled apart backstage.
Back at ringside Matt Jackson got heated as he flipped over the timekeeper’s table then slammed a steel chair into the ring post as the segment came to an end.
