Some big moves have been made in recent weeks in the world of professional wrestling and Tommaso Ciampa recently finished up his run with WWE. Ciampa wasn’t a free agent for very long as he made his All Elite Wrestling debut on the most recent episode of Dynamite.
When Tommaso Ciampa made his AEW debut he made it clear that he was looking to challenge Mark Briscoe for the TNT Championship and it was confirmed that the title match would take place on Collision.
Mark Briscoe and Tommaso Ciampa clashed on Saturday night and ultimately Ciampa picked up the victory to win the TNT Championship in his AEW debut match.
Near the end of the match Ciampa set a table up outside the ring and Briscoe jumped off the top turnbuckle then put Ciampa through the table with an elbow drop. Ultimately Ciampa picked up the win when he hit Briscoe with a running knee then pinned him to win the TNT Championship.
After the match Mark Briscoe showed respect to Ciampa then Kyle Fletcher made his way out and made it clear that he wants a shot at the TNT Championship.
