For months now one of the biggest storylines in AEW has been Adam Cole and MJF’s developing friendship. Originally Cole & MJF were feuding over the AEW World Championship and then they eventually formed a team which turned out to be quite successful.
Ahead of All In at Wembley Stadium, MJF confirmed that he would put the AEW World Championship on the line against Adam Cole in the main event. Adam Cole suggested that they should challenge Aussie Open for the ROH World Tag Team Championship during All In Zero Hour, and the two friends managed to capture championship gold on Sunday.
The match featured a lot of back and forth action, and it came to an end when MJF & Adam Cole hit the double clothesline to win the ROH Tag Team Championship.
After the match MJF & Adam Cole hugged then celebrated with the title belts as the fans at Wembley Stadium went crazy. Adam Cole then grabbed the AEW World Championship and looked down at it, but MJF took it from his hands. They faced off and exchanged words then MJF held the AEW World Championship up as Adam Cole left with his ROH Tag Team Title belt.
