TMZ recently caught up with the Big Show and they asked him about his recent face off with Shaq at WrestleMania 32 and if he would be interested in a match with Shaq in the future. Big Show says that he’s down to do the match, but whether or not it happens isn’t up to him.
“I think there’s always an opportunity to come out and play. Shaq’s been great for our business, he’s such a big star, has such a good following. Any chance to involve him with us is a lot of fun and he has a lot of fun with it. So when the powers that be that are way above my pay grade make those decisions then, hey man I’ll lace my boots up and step in the ring. That’s what I do.”
He was also asked if he thinks there’s any chance that Shaq could ever become WWE Champion.
“It depends, Shaq’s a pretty busy guy, he’s got a lot of things going on. Being champion in our business is about a lot of hard work and a lot of commitment to our product all the time. There’s a lot of stuff that goes on that people don’t realize. You know, being champion isn’t all glory, being champion means you’re working your ass off.”
