Big Return Takes Place On WWE Raw

This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw took place from Minneapolis and the show featured a big return. At one point a backstage vignette aired showing The Viking Raiders issuing a challenge to any team. When Raw returned from the commercial break The New Day returned and made their way down to the ring.

Xavier Woods then kicked off the match facing off against Erik, but Kofi quickly tagged in. Neither Kofi nor Xavier showed any signs of ring rust and both worked great together as they always do. The end of the match came when Xavier Woods hit the Limit Break on Ivar then pinned him to win the match.

Kofi Kingston suffered an ankle injury back in March which has kept him on the sidelines ever since. The ankle injury required surgery to repair, but now The New Day are back and it looks like they’re ready to work their way through the tag team division on Monday Night Raw.

Stay tuned for more updates on Monday Night Raw as they become available.
