The last few months have been loaded with returns as fans have seen the likes of The Rock and John Cena make their way back to WWE and over the weekend Randy Orton and CM Punk both returned at Survivor Series.
Monday Night Raw was a loaded show this week which featured appearances from Randy Orton and CM Punk. Now it looks like Randy Orton’s next WWE appearance has been confirmed as the Barclays Center is advertising that The Viper will be returning to the blue brand for SmackDown on Friday. This will be Orton’s first appearance on SmackDown since May of 2022.
Following his WWE return Randy Orton has made it clear that he has his sights set on The Bloodline. Jey Uso went out of his way to make peace with Randy Orton on Monday Night Raw this week, and it appears that their issues are settled for now. However, everyone knows that Friday Night SmackDown is the brand that The Bloodline calls home, so it will be interesting to see how Orton goes about giving his receipts to the members of the group.
