Injuries suck but they’re a part of the WWE experience. If they really put up that WWE theme park they’re thinking about the ending of one of the wildest rides should come with six months of rehabbing an injury.
Scott Dawson hasn’t been the same since his partner Dash Wilder went out of action due to a broken jaw. Together they are The Revival and are Top Guys. But with Wilder’s face wired shut they couldn’t step in the ring.
Dash Wilder met one of the hardest parts of Shinsuke Nakamura’s limbs on a farewell tour of NXT. It was an iconic happenstance to say the least, but it was still enough to take a tough guy like Dash Wilder down.
Dash Wilder spent his recovery time by working out, going to the theatre, and eating pizza smoothies in his face cage. But it looks like that time might finally be at an end. It’s a good thing too because we can only assume having his jaw wired shut was driving him crazy.
The Revival have been back on television teasing that maybe they were the ones jumping Enzo and Big Cass backstage. But they haven’t actually gotten it on in the ring. Fans have been waiting for Raw to become a Monday Night Revival once again and that day appears to be upon us.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reports Dash Wilder has received medical clearance for an in ring return. Scott Dawson had a message for fans a handful of weeks ago telling us when they’d be back, so we should have listened.
Who knows when The Revival will be back in action, but one thing is for sure this might affect the current Raw Tag Team Division. There’s a pretty important tag team match going on tonight. A returning Revival might have a lot of fun getting involved in that.
