Over the weekend WrestleMania 36 aired on the WWE Network, but it was a very different show this year.
WWE had to make major changes due to the coronavirus, and the show was pre-taped at the WWE Performance Center.
Names such as Roman Reigns, The Miz and Andrade were pulled from the show, and it sounds like Tyson Fury was also supposed to be involved.
Tyson Fury recently spoke to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT that he was supposed to be part of WrestleMania 36, but due to coronavirus plans changed.
There’s currently no word on what WWE had planned for Fury.
Tyson Fury confirms to talkSPORT he was meant to be apart of #WrestleMania 36
“I was supposed to be at WrestleMania 36, but obviously with the coronavirus I couldn’t be there.”
Says he’d love to face Drew McIntyre after Wilder rematch.
