Last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was the season premiere for the blue brand, and it featured the return of Daniel Bryan, as well as a Universal Title match which saw Roman Reigns defend against Braun Strowman.
Fans saw some of their favorite Superstars appear on the show last week, but there was also an interesting name backstage at the show.
According to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, former Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was backstage at SmackDown.
For what it’s worth, Becky Lynch WAS backstage at SmackDown this week.

Becky Lynch announced her pregnancy back in May, and she then followed up by relinquishing the Raw Women’s Championship, which went to Asuka, this year’s Money in the Bank winner.
The Man is expected to give birth in December, and it was recently noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that no one knows what her future is, but WrestleMania is likely the earliest she would return.
