This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown featured a big title match as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler faced off against NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre in a title unification match. In the end it was Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler who walked away with all of the gold, but after the match Liv Morgan made her return and reunited with Raquel Rodriguez.
WWE announced today on SmackDown LowDown that Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan will challenge Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler for the Unified WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Money in the Bank next week. This will be Liv Morgan’s first match back since she suffered an injury during the May 12 episode of SmackDown and had to vacate the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
After the titles were vacated Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler went on to win the belts when they won a fatal four way match on the May 29 episode of Monday Night Raw.
