This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown is set to air live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and it will be the go-home show for SummerSlam.
Ahead of the show WWE has announced that Talla Tonga will be competing in his first televised match for WWE tonight when he goes one on one with Jimmy Uso. This will be Talla Tonga’s in-ring TV debut as he has so far only competed in dark matches since signing with the company last year.
Giulia will be putting her WWE Women’s United States Championship on the line when she faces Zelina Vega tonight, and Angel & Berto are set to defend their AAA Tag Team Championship in an open challenge. Aleister Black vs. Damian Priest has also been confirmed for this week’s show.
