WWE shocked the world a few months ago when the company released Big Cass from his contract, but it doesn’t look like Cass has any plans to leave the wrestling business.
A Michigan based promotion called Championship Wrestling League has announced that Big Cass will be appearing at their event on September 29th, and he will be signing a full time contract.
The company posted the following announcement:
“Former WWE Superstar “Big Cass” is coming to The Championship Wrestling League. At our debut show on September 29th, he will be live in the middle of the ring to sign his full time contract with CWL. He will also be given an open mic and has promised to release his first public comments since being released. Find out what he will say and do by purchasing your tickets to our first four events today!”
Matt Striker is also set to do commentary for the events.
