Becky Lynch has been a hot topic in the world of professional wrestling over the last few years as she managed to get the fans behind her and below one of the top stars in all of WWE.
The Man encountered her fair share of struggles on her way to the top of the card, and there were times when it seemed that WWE didn’t have a clear direction for her.
The Gorilla Position podcast recently uploaded some clips from an old live show that Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins participated in, and in one of the clips Becky revealed that WWE pitched the idea of her shaving her head at one point.
“Oh yes, yes… No, not even [not in a WWE storyline]. This was the whole pitch that I got sent to by a writer. It was like, ‘What if Becky shaves her head?’ and that was pretty much it. It wasn’t something that I did on TV. It wasn’t I lost my hair in a match. It was just, ‘What if Becky was bald?’ I was like, ‘No!’”
Becky Lynch has been absent from WWE programming ever since she announced her pregnancy on Raw during May of last year, but it’s rumored that she could be returning soon. You can get more on that here.
