Becky Lynch Comments On Her Plans For Retirement

Becky Lynch has been in the wrestling business for a long time and in recent years she’s managed to become one of the top stars in WWE. Lynch has accomplished a lot in her career, but no one can wrestle forever.

The Man recently discussed her future plans during an appearance on The Tommy Tiernan Show, and she stated that she still has a couple of years left before she hangs up her boots for good.

“Well I started (wrestling) 21 years ago and so, I still have a few more years left in me… (And then there will come a time) to hang up the boots, yeah.”

Becky Lynch is currently set to team with Lita & Trish Stratus to take on Damage CTRL at WrestleMania 39 and she indicated that the match will be taking place on night one. She also made it clear that she would like to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles on night two when she said, “Well WrestleMania is the big one. That is on April 1st and 2nd… That will be in SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles… 80,000 people per night, two nights. Two nights of WrestleMania and so I’m going in first night, I believe, WrestleMania, in a six-woman match and then because I’m Tag Team Champion, I’m hoping that I will be defending my title the second night too. So ‘Becky two fights’ they’ll call me. I don’t know. We’ll try to get that on a t-shirt or something.”

Stay tuned for more updates on WrestleMania plans for Becky Lynch as they become available.
