All week fans were trying to figure out who Sasha Banks’ mystery partner would be at WWE Battleground, and it turned out to be Bayley despite the fact that Sasha said earlier in the week that Bayley wouldn’t be her partner.
Bayley wrestled on a WWE main roster pay-per-view for the first time and luckily for Bayley she debuted with a big victory. Sasha Banks and Bayley took on Dana Brooke and Charlotte, and Sasha was able to make Charlotte tap out to the Banks Statement.
After the match Bayley and Sasha did an interview backstage and Bayley confirmed that she unfortunately won’t be joining the WWE main roster full time.
Bayley said that it was a one time thing for WWE Battleground, and that she’s focused on reclaiming the NXT Women’s Championshi,p and then she followed up by saying that it’s WWE and anything can happen.
