Sasha Banks and Bayley walked into WrestleMania 35 as the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, but they didn’t walk out with the belts.
The duo dropped the titles to The IIconics on the Grandest Stage of Them All, and then Sasha Banks disappeared from WWE programming.
In the days that followed it was reported that the two WWE Superstars threw a tantrum backstage at WrestleMania, but Bayley disputed those reports on the Sky Sports Lock Up podcast.
“We read all the stupid rumors and it’s ridiculous. There’s no proof of it and it’s people just spreading these rumors because they want to talk, they want something to start up. We literally watched the main event in person by the hard cam and enjoyed the women stealing the show.”
Bayley went on to say that she and Sasha love wrestling more than anymore can imagine.
“We’re professionals and we love this more than anyone can imagine, more than anyone else in that locker room.”
