Batista Steals The Show In New GOTG Vol. 2 Trailer, Cody Rhodes Throws Down In Arrow Clip

It’s been a while since wrestling fans have seen Dave Bautista in a WWE ring, but they’ll be able to see him on the big screen when the former World Champion reprises his role as Drax in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” next summer.

If you saw the first film then you’re likely familiar with Drax and his unusual way of speaking. Marvel Studios has released the first sneak peak trailer for the film, and it shows Drax doing what he does best as he has a heart to heart with Peter Quill. Check it out below.

Another wrestling star who has made his way into the acting world is none other then Cody Rhodes. Cody will be making his debut as Derek Sampson tonight on “Arrow” and the CW has released an action heavy clip from the episode which features Cody throwing down with the Green Arrow. Headstrong Wild Dog (guest star Rick Gonzalez) defies the Green Arrow’s orders and sets out on his own after a new drug dealer, Derek Sampson (guest star Cody Rhodes), who is terrorizing Star City. Sampson proves more powerful than Wild Dog and it is up to the Green Arrow to go head to head with Sampson to save his teammate.
