Batista Attacks Ric Flair On WWE Raw

This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw put Ric Flair in the spotlight, and several WWE Hall of Famers were in Atlanta to celebrate his birthday.

At the end of the show, the Raw roster stood at the top of the entrance ramp as Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle, Ricky Steamboat and Sting stood in the ring and waited for Ric Flair.

Triple H hyped Flair up, and his music hit as everyone in the arena waited for The Nature Boy to make his entrance.

Flair never showed up, and the cameras cut to Batista backstage.

Batista dragged a cameraman to Ric Flair’s dressing room then told him not to move. Batista slammed the door shut, then some noises could be heard, and he dragged Ric Flair’s limp body out of the dressing room, looked at the camera and said, “hey Hunter, do I have your attention now?”

Triple H ran backstage and checked on Flair as the show ended, but Batista was nowhere to be found. He kept asking, “where is Dave?” as Raw went off the air.

A Triple H vs. Batista match has been rumored for WrestleMania 35, and it certainly looks like WWE planted a seed for the bout on Raw.
