The WWE Hell in a Cell main event is a match that will live in infamy thanks to the controversial finish.
The match came to an end due to “referee stoppage” and ever since the pay-per-view aired the finish has been a very hot topic in the world of professional wrestling.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, no one in WWE has defended that finish.
It is however being said that there are people who are mad that Seth Rollins had to take heat for a finish that was not his idea.
Seth Rollins managed to walk out of Hell in a Cell with his title, but he will be putting the belt on the line once again when he faces Bray Wyatt in a falls count anywhere match at Crown Jewel later this month.
Correction: it ended in a ref stoppage. When a body isn’t moving, the official has to make the right call. https://t.co/EBFI9pNpJE
