On the Raw after WrestleMania, Paige officially confirmed her retirement from in-ring competition, and the next night she became the General Manager of SmackDown Live.
Paige has been running the blue brand for a few weeks now, and apparently she’s been receiving favorable reviews.
PWInsider is reporting that WWE officials are very happy with Paige’s performance as the SmackDown Live General Manager so far.
Mike Johnson also speculated that the former Divas Champion could be featured more prominently on WWE programming, especially in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania 35 in order to help promote the film “Fighting With My Family.”
The film was originally supposed to be released this year, but has since been pushed back to March 1, 2019.
