Backstage Notes From The AEW Dynamite Debut On TNT

Wednesday night was a big night for professional wrestling as AEW Dynamite premiered on TNT and the show went head to head with NXT.

PWInsider is reporting that AEW President Tony Khan timed out the premiere episode of Dynamite.

When the show got to the last segment it was actually two to three minutes ahead which allowed the brawl at the end to go a little longer.

It’s also being reported that there were no monitors backstage broadcasting NXT.

Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes were said to have been a big hit backstage and everyone loved having them there.

The AEW Dynamite premiere drew 1.409 million viewers.
