Roman Reigns was suspended for 30 days a few weeks ago for violating the WWE Wellness Policy.WWE has been pushing Roman Reigns hard for the past few years and many fans were surprised when the news was announced. The violation is Roman’s first and he’s still set to be a part of the big triple threat match for the WWE Championship at Battleground.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Vince McMahon is “very upset” with Roman’s WWE Wellness Policy violation which could factor into the decision making process for the WWE Draft. It was noted that Roman Reigns will still be pushed as a top guy but he may not be pushed as the top guy.
It was rumored a few weeks ago that WWE planned to use Roman Reigns as the face of Raw and John Cena as the face of SmackDown. It was also noted in the report that several top names have been moved in the past week or so.
The Rock recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet about the season premiere of “Ballers” season 2. During the interview The Rock was asked if he would change anything in his life to achieve his dream of playing football and you can see what he had to say below.
“No I wouldn’t change a thing. I worked so hard to play pro football and it didn’t happen for me. It was a sobering experience because it was the realization of hey, you’re not good enough. But other players were and I’m happy for them, Ray Lewis, Warren Sapp, a lot of the guys that I played with. But I wouldn’t change a thing because everything happens for a reason and I also learned this which was a bit of advice that I learned a few years ago and I always carry it with me: Sometimes things don’t happen and when they don’t they can be the best things that never happened.”
