Backstage News On Why TNA Wrestling Released Ken Anderson And More

A video of Ken Anderson saying “F**k TNA” has been making the rounds on the Internet and it got a lot of people talking. As if that wasn’t provocative enough, in the same video Ken Anderson informed the world that he is officially done with TNA wrestling. Anderson is a two time TNA World Champion and he seemed to be very popular with the TNA fans. So what happened?

According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Ken Anderson was released from TNA after he failed a drug test. The test was reportedly given to Anderson because he was believed to be under the influence while working a match with Eric Young.

It was noted that the match he worked with Young was supposed to air on the January 19th episode of Impact, but it was cut because of Anderson’s performance. Satin noted that Pro Wrestling Sheet reached out to both Anderson and TNA, but neither side has responded yet. However, it was noted that sources commented on the situation saying that TNA officials are hoping to help Ken Anderson get treatment.
