For the past two years the stars of NXT have taken over Brooklyn with their own big event appropriately titled NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn. The event airs on the WWE Network the night before SummerSlam, and it’s been a big hit for the past two summers. WWE’s developmental brand will be returning to the Barclays Center once again this year for TakeOver: Brooklyn III and it’s shaping up to be a pretty awesome show. Beware, possible spoilers ahead.

All of the NXT titles will be on the line, and it doesn’t look like fans will be disappointed by the card. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that NXT Champion Bobby Roode is set to defend his title against Drew McIntyre at the event. The Authors of Pain are also set to defend the NXT Tag Team Titles against Sanity and plans call for Asuka to defend her title against Ember Moon.
Hideo Itami vs. Kassius Ohno and No Way Jose vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas are two other matches that are also likely for the show.
