Back in October of 2018, Roman Reigns relinquished the Universal Championship on Raw and revealed to the world that he was taking time off to focus on his battle with leukemia.
That was the last time he appeared on Monday Night Raw, but WWE recently confirmed that he will be appearing on this week’s show, and The Big Dog is set to make an announcement.
The hope is that Roman Reigns will have something positive to say about his health, but it seems that there aren’t many people backstage who know what Roman is going to say.
According to WrestleVotes, plans for Roman’s announcement are “being kept from nearly everyone.”
Ric Flair will also be appearing on Raw, as the show is set to feature a big birthday celebration for The Nature Boy, and it was also noted that the angle for Flair’s celebration has been in the works for weeks.
Big RAW tonight from ATL. The Flair angle has been in the works for weeks now, so it should come off well. As for Roman Reigns, I’m expecting positive news. I have a feeling which way his announcement is going, but it’s something “that’s being kept from nearly everyone.” 😉
