Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott worked together as members of The Riott Squad for some time, and even though the group was disbanded a while ago Liv Morgan seemed very happy to see Ruby Riott return on Raw.
However, their happy reunion was short-lived as Ruby Riott quickly turned on Liv Morgan, and Lana picked the bones by attacking Morgan after.
It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Ruby Riott turned heel to set up Liv Morgan’s next feud, and the goal of the feud is to get Morgan over from an in-ring standpoint.
The idea is to get Liv Morgan over in a way where people respect her for her in-ring work and not just her looks.
