NXT has gone through some major changes since relaunching as NXT 2.0, but Triple H recently returned to the WWE Performance Center and told people he’s back. Since then everyone has been wondering what that could mean for the future of NXT.
However, PWInsider is reporting that Shawn Michaels is still in charge of running the NXT brand. The creative team for NXT 2.0 still reports to Senior Vice President of WWE and Executive Producer of RAW & SmackDown, Bruce Prichard.
It’s also being reported that Johnny Russo is the head writer for the brand with George Carroll and Nick Bonnano rounding out the creative team.
George Carroll was one of the employees who was let go back in January, but he has recently joined the company again. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
