For decades Vince McMahon was the man steering the creative ship for WWE, but Triple H took over last year following Vince McMahon’s retirement. However, Vince returned to the company earlier this year, and he confirmed during a recent interview with CNBC that he would be getting involved with creative, but claimed that he would only be doing so at a high level.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Vince McMahon is in charge of the company, so what he wants will happen. It’s being said that the creative team will mostly be in charge, but ultimately Vince will get what he wants.
Ultimately the stuff that happens at the top of the card will be what Vince McMahon wants. It’s also being reported that there are some minor things that Vince has changed such as promo wordings, and his influence was felt when it comes to WWE programming this week.
