Vince McMahon returned to WWE back in January to sell the company, but he’s also been making changes to WWE programming and this week’s episode of Raw was no exception.
Fightful Select reports that Vince McMahon made changes to Raw this week and word got around to talent shortly before the show began. Vince McMahon was not at the show, but has been making changes remotely.
Even though Vince McMahon was backstage at Raw in Hartford, CT last week he is not expected to be returning to the road on a regular basis. It’s being said that even people who were in close proximity to him at last week’s show didn’t think he would be returning to the road.
The changes that Vince made to the June 5 show mostly had to do with the timing and match order. It was indicated that Vince also adjusts the aftermath of certain matches. WWE talent have noted that they largely prefer when Vince makes changes remotely.
Vince McMahon making changes has become standard at this point and it’s being said that none of the changes have been momentous or Earth shattering.
