It was announced back in July that Triple H is now in charge of WWE creative and The Game has been making changes to WWE programming ever since.
Recently it was reported that Triple H is making a big change by removing Hell in a Cell from the annual premium live event schedule. It’s also been rumored that the Money in the Bank ladder match could be returning to WrestleMania.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that the general rule in WWE right now is that there will be less themed premium live events moving forward. The idea is that Triple H is trying to shape a new presentation for WWE as he wants to move in his own direction as opposed to just copying Vince McMahon.
Triple H also recently confirmed that Survivor Series will be known as Survivor Series: WarGames moving forward. It was announced back in September that this year’s Survivor Series event will feature two WarGames style matches. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
