When it comes to social media no one will ever accuse former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman of being shy about voicing his opinions. Strowman recently posted some tweets about “flippy wrestlers” and it looks like he’s ruffled some feathers in WWE.
Fightful Select reports that Braun Strowman has been criticized from several of his colleagues for posting the tweets following Crown Jewel. It’s being said that numerous talent have spoken out about his comments.
People who spoke on his status said that Strowman has been on his best behavior since he returned to WWE, and he’s been easy to deal with. However, “social media Braun” is a different story. WWE management is said to be aware of the situation and at least one person who spoke to Fightful said that they Braun’s approach was immature.
It was noted that this is not part of an ongoing angle, and likely won’t be turned into one, but Braun could ribbed on screen. One wrestler who said that they would never do a flip in their life noted that the tweets shouldn’t have happened and added, “we need them, and they need us. Wrestling is everything. There’s very little truly right and wrong.”
