Business has picked up on the road to WrestleMania as The Rock has aligned himself with The Bloodline. The Great One has also challenged Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins to face him and Roman Reigns in a tag team match on the Grandest Stage of Them All. The idea of The Rock competing at WrestleMania is certainly exciting for the fans and it looks like he could potentially be working more matches after the Showcase of the Immortals.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE’s next Saudi Arabia pay-per-view is set to take place on 5/25. Originally there was an attempt to book The Rock vs. Roman Reigns for the show and keep Cody vs. Roman at WrestleMania.
It’s being said that there are a lot of variables in play and a variety of factors regarding The Rock’s status for the Saudi Arabia show, but the company would like it if he worked the event.
There is a push to get The Rock to work the next Saudi Arabia show and while nothing is set in stone as of right now the belief is that WrestleMania 40 won’t be The Rock’s only match in 2024.
