After months of rumors and speculation, WWE officially confirmed that the Raw Women’s Championship match will be the main event of WrestleMania 35.
PWInsider is reporting that the main event is being seen internally as a major victory for the women’s division and everyone involved with the storyline.
The two matches that were reportedly being considered for the main event spot were the Raw Women’s Championship match and Seth Rollins vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title.
