We’ve certainly seem some exciting NXT call-ups over the years and working in the NXT system has made it much easier for some talents to adjust when they finally end up joining the Raw or SmackDown brand.
In recent months WWE has been giving NXT stars a little taste of what it’s like to appear on main roster programming by using them on Main Event. Fightful Select reports that those they’ve spoken to have been very happy with the buzz that NXT talent have gained by working on main event. There’s also said to be happiness regarding buzz for the show in general.
During this week’s Main Event tapings in Des Moines, Iowa, Axiom faced off against Mustafa Ali, and Cedric Alexander ended up facing off against Andre Chase. Both matches were produced by Shane Helms.
