You never know what might happen when you watch a WWE pay-per-view, and Brock Lesnar was added to the WWE Championship match at the Day 1 pay-per-view on Saturday night after his match with Roman Reigns was canceled due to Roman testing positive for COVID-19.
Not only was The Beast Incarnate added to the WWE Championship match to make it a fatal 5 way, he ended up pinning Big E and ending his reign with the WWE Title.
Fightful Select reports that there are people in WWE who feel that Big E wasn’t booked consistently during his run as WWE Champion. It was also noted that there were people involved with Big E’s ongoing storylines that went above and beyond to try to make sure that everything made sense.
