We’re currently on the road to WrestleMania and in recent years Ronda Rousey has been involved in some of the biggest matches on the WrestleMania card. However, the event is less than two weeks away, and not only does Ronda Rousey not have a match confirmed for the show just yet, but she’s also been absent from WWE programming.
A few weeks ago Ronda Rousey was supposed to team up with Shayna Baszler to face Tegan Nox & Natalya, but the match was changed to a singles match between Baszler and Nox. It was later reported that the change was made because Ronda reaggravated an injury. During a PWInsider Q&A Mike Johnson was asked about Ronda Rousey’s whereabouts and he noted that the belief is Ronda Rousey is dealing with a hairline fracture of her arm.
“The belief among some we’ve spoken to is she’s been dealing with a hairline fracture of her arm. It’s never been officially confirmed.”
Originally it was reported that Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler were expected to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 39, but it seems that plans have changed for the Baddest Woman on the Planet.
