Roman Reigns has been champion for years now and many have stepped up to challenge the Tribal Chief for his gold. Reigns has picked up some big victories and following his big win over Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania there’s a lot of speculation regarding he will feud with next. WWE recently shuffled the deck with the 2023 draft, and it seems that this has opened up some new possibilities for Roman Reigns.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that Bobby Lashley is now on SmackDown and looks to be the biggest opponent left for Roman Reigns. Other people who could possibly be set up to work with Roman Reigns on SmackDown include Edge, AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio and Sheamus.
Another possibility for The Tribal Chief depending on where The Bloodline story goes is Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa vs. The Usos as the top feud on the blue brand.
WWE has yet to announce who will be next to step up and challenge The Tribal Chief for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, but Roman Reigns is currently being advertised for Night of Champions on May 27. Stay tuned for updates.
