After months of anticipation Bray Wyatt finally returned to the ring as The Fiend on Sunday when he faced off against Finn Balor at SummerSlam.
The Fiend picked up a win over Finn Balor, and after the match everyone was talking about how the character was presented on television.
Wyatt didn’t appear on Raw the next night, and Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that The Fiend wasn’t on WWE programming this week because WWE officials want the character to feel special, and they want fans to feel like they never know when he’s going to strike next.
Satin also shot down rumors that WWE officials are worried The Fiend is “too scary.”
