Losing your champion to an injury is a pretty big deal for a wrestling company. After losing Seth Rollins it was reported that WWE had hit the panic switch and that they would be rearranging all of their creative plans. But according to PWInsider many of the plans WWE had before Seth Rollins was injured are still in place.
Their report mentions that WWE wanted Roman Reigns to win the WWE Championship at Surivor Series and hold the belt going into WrestleMania 32. Apparently that’s still the direction they’re going. Rollins was then supposed to face Reigns in a rematch at TLC but obviously that won’t be happening.
It was also believed that Rollins’ injury changed plans for WrestleMania 32 but it’s being reported that WWE has 3 or 4 matches set in stone for the show.
