Goldberg appeared on Friday Night SmackDown last week via satellite and he challenged The Fiend to a Universal Title match at Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia.
Bray Wyatt accepted the challenge, and now the two stars are set to clash on 2/27.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter note that Goldberg’s match against The Fiend at Super ShowDown will likely be kept short, as Goldberg isn’t good for matches where he has to sell much, and The Fiend’s gimmick is based on him not selling moves.
As we saw last time Goldberg wrestled in Saudi Arabia, he went longer than he probably should have when he faced The Undertaker and there were several issues with the match.
Wyatt vs. Goldberg is the big match for Super ShowDown, but it’s also being reported that Goldberg is being considered for a big match at WrestleMania 36, and you can get more on that here.
