Becky Lynch walked out of the WrestleMania 35 with two belts in her hands, and at Money In The Bank she’s set to defend both of them.
Lynch will be defending the Raw Women’s Title against Lacey Evans, and she’ll be defending the SmackDown Women’s Title against Charlotte Flair.
Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch is certainly a match that fans have seen many times, but the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE booked the match at Money In The Bank because they have a different match planned for WrestleMania next year.
Originally Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair was planned to be one of the matches for WrestleMania 36, but at this point in time Becky is not scheduled to face Ronda Rousey or Charlotte at the Show of Shows.
However, even though a Ronda vs. Becky match isn’t planned, if Ronda wants to return a one on one match wouldn’t be out of the question.
It’s not known who The Man will end up facing, even though she’s set to be the top woman featured on the show. But the plan is to use the event to elevate two women, not just one, to superstar status so that each one can carry a brand.
