There was a lot of hype going into Monday Night Raw last night following WWE’s big announcement that Paul Heyman would be running the show as Executive Director.
Wade Keller of PW Torch is reporting that Heyman’s presence was fully embedded backstage during Raw.
Paul Heyman was reportedly sitting side by side with Vince McMahon for the entire show, but it’s being said that there were no signs of combativeness, and there was a cohesive understanding between Heyman and McMahon.
This week’s episode of Raw included content that was influenced by both Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman.
The response following the show seems to be mostly positive, so it will be interesting to see how things go moving forward.
Tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live should also be interesting, as SmackDown Live Executive Director Eric Bischoff is expected to be at the event.
