Liv Morgan has been one of the stars to watch in WWE over the last few years as the former WWE Women’s World Champion has been making the most of her opportunities. Now it seems that Morgan is getting a chance to show off her talents in the acting world as she recently landed a big movie role which has not been revealed just yet.
PWInsider Elite is reporting that despite speculation Liv Morgan is not involved with Avengers: Doomsday which recently started filming. According to the report Hollywood sources have confirmed that Liv’s movie role is not connected to a superhero film.
One source described the situation with Liv Morgan landing the role as “one of the most impressive ‘gets’ imaginable.” The same source noted that it will become clear just how prestigious the role is once the studio and talent involved with the project are revealed. Another contact said that the opportunity could cement Liv Morgan as the next “it girl” in Hollywood if the project hits, which is projected internally.
The film has been compared to other movies such as Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Raid and Anora, two of which won Best Picture at the Academy Awards.
Regarding speculation that Liv Morgan could be gone from WWE for an extended period of time, the report notes that Liv is now represented by Paradigm. It’s being said that all sides are working closely to coordinate schedules, preserve WWE storylines and continuity, and make sure all parties involved are aligned.
