Jeff Hardy officially joined AEW earlier this year and fans were thrilled to see the former WWE Champion reunite with his brother Matt. However, the Hardy reunion didn’t last long as Jeff was suspended after he was arrested for DUI.
PWInsider is now reporting that Jeff Hardy has a pre-trial hearing for his DUI charges in Florida on 10/19. Hardy’s attorneys waived his right to a speedy trial and requested that his hearing scheduled for July be pushed back. The 10/19 date is the rescheduled hearing.
It’s being reported that Jeff Hardy is still with All Elite Wrestling, but he’s not expected to return until his legal issues are settled, and he has shown that he can stay sober.
